We've implemented new office protocols to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. Your massage therapist will wear a mask during your session; at this stage, clients can choose whether to wear one or not. There is a HEPA air purifier running in the treatment room. In addition, we use an essential oil diffuser, so if you have sensitivities, please let us know prior to your appointment.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by the current procedures. Please bring a signed copy of the COVID-19 Release Form (located on the Forms page of this website) to your first session. Thank You!

"Your body can be a great teacher- my favorite lesson comes from the heart. As your heart beats, it pumps the freshly oxygenated blood from the lungs into the aorta. The first set of vessels that branch off are the coronary arteries – those that supply the heart’s own muscles. In order to take care of the rest of the body, the heart knows it must first take care of itself. I encourage people to understand that massage is not a frivolous luxury, but an important method of maintaining your health. Regular self-care is essential – just ask your heart! I invite you to live from that heart-based place of connection that starts from within and radiates outward.” ~Paula
