As a client, you will be working with a massage therapist who loves their work and is deeply committed to your health and wellbeing. We listen and ask questions in order to tailor each session to best serve your changing needs.
We integrate a variety of techniques including
Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and Cupping to help you release tension and achieve deep states of mental and physical relaxation. This activates the body’s own innate healing powers - restoring health to the mind, body, and spirit.
We proudly offer the highest quality in everything we do – including the products we use. Your session includes ORGANIC massage lotions and oils by Sacred Earth Botanicals and Young Living Essential Oils.

Pricing and Availability
Open Monday – Friday by appointment.
Sessions vary from 30-120 minutes, and range from $50 - $155. Our flexible MENU OF SERVICES allows you to select the combination of treatments that best suit your needs.
Swedish techniques are used as a flowing and relaxing foundation.
Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release are utilized to unlock areas of tension and knots.
Cupping is offered in an exciting array of methods – from a gentle facial or lymphatic drainage, to a deeper vacuum that is highly effective for myofascial release, stubborn chronic tension, treating scars and cellulite, and much more!
CranioSacral work releases restrictions affecting the central nervous system. This light-touch therapy is deeply relaxing, and a great way to end the session, allowing your body to integrate the changes instilled during your treatment.
Paula Hewing is the founder and primary massage therapist at Wellspring. She is an ICTA certified cupping therapist, and a member of the AMTA. Paula has practiced as a licensed massage therapist for over 17 years; she loves the diversity of the natural environment in Prescott and the active, healthy lifestyle that it inspires.
Paula’s own deep spiritual experiences through bodywork, yoga and meditation inspire her to be of service to her clients. She incorporates mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises to enrich your session.
