Treatments
Swedish Massage
The Swedish technique is used as a flowing and relaxing foundation for our Wellspring custom massage sessions.
Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release
These are utilized to unlock areas of tension and knots.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient healing art has undergone a recent revolution with the introduction of innovative materials and techniques. Cupping provides negative pressure (a vacuum) rather than compression to treat a number of issues. This is often a superior method for relieving pain, chronic conditions, inflammation, and rigid tissue release. It increases blood and lymph flow in ways not possible using compression. Treatments range from a very gentle facial to deeper work on muscles and are always done within a range that feels good to you.
CranioSacral Therapy
This work releases restrictions affecting the central nervous system. This light-touch therapy is deeply relaxing, and allows changes to initiate in the subtle systems of the body that result in improved overall function. By addressing the underlying causes, tension held in musculoskeletal structures resolves naturally.
