Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi originates from the Hawaiian and Samoan regions. Your therapist will use long, smooth, flowing strokes. There is a Polynesian spiritual practice that may accompany this technique.

 

Cupping Therapy

This ancient healing art has undergone a recent revolution with the introduction of innovative materials and techniques. Cupping provides negative pressure (a vacuum) rather than compression to treat a number of issues. This is often a superior method for relieving pain, chronic conditions, inflammation, and rigid tissue release. It increases blood and lymph flow in ways not possible using compression. Treatments range from a very gentle facial to deeper work on muscles and are always done within a range that feels good to you.

 

CranioSacral Therapy

This work releases restrictions affecting the central nervous system. This light-touch therapy is deeply relaxing, and a great way to end the session, allowing your body to integrate the changes instilled during your treatment.
